How to use these prompts
A starting point.
No perfect answer.
Pick one question. Write a word, a sentence or a little more. You can answer on paper, use a journaling app, or try the writing space below. Leave any question that doesn’t fit.
These are original Moonfig prompts for everyday reflection. They are not a test, and there is nothing to score. You can return to the same question another day and find a different answer.

A little further into your words
From a question
to a reflection.
In Moonfig’s Mirror, your words become a personal AI-assisted reflection: a different angle, a pattern to consider and one small thing to try. The Guide is there when you want to explore further.

“I’ve been replaying the same conversation all evening.”
Maybe the thought needs a place to land.
When you’re tired, one small uncertainty can take up the whole room. Putting it into words can help you separate what happened from what you’re imagining.
Example content. A perspective to consider, rather than a verdict.

What are journaling prompts?
A journaling prompt is a question or a short starting point for writing. You can follow it closely, answer with a single line, or let it lead you into something else. There is no required length or format.
What if a prompt makes me uncomfortable?
You can leave it and choose another. These prompts are invitations, not instructions to revisit something difficult. Stop whenever you want, and seek appropriate support if you need more than a writing exercise.
Are my words saved when I write on this page?
No. The writing space keeps your draft only in this page’s memory. It does not send it to Moonfig or an AI provider, and it clears when you leave or reload the page. Copy anything you want to keep before leaving.
Can I use the same journaling prompt again?
Yes. A question such as ‘What am I still carrying from today?’ can feel different each time you return to it. You do not need a new prompt for every entry.
