One Season.
Your own pace.
Guided self-hypnosis, explained
A guided hypnosis app gives you a starting point: a voice, a sequence and somewhere to place your attention. In Moonfig, each session belongs to an authored program called a Season.
Self-hypnosis uses focused attention and suggestion. It is a practice you participate in, with room to notice what feels useful to you. Read Cleveland Clinic’s explanation of self-hypnosis.
Begin with Sleep, Stress, Eating or Relief. Your starting point is yours to choose.
Follow a session through attention and imagination. Choose your narrator, and pause or stop whenever you want.
Your Season moves forward as you complete its fourteen sessions. Take days away when you need them.
Four places to begin
For a tired body and a mind that’s still busy.
A guided practice to make room for rest, one session at a time.
For the pressure you carry through the day.
Give your attention somewhere gentler to settle, and pick up your next session when you’re ready.
For a steadier relationship with food.
Explore your patterns through reflection and a guided practice at your own pace.
For living with pain, alongside your care.
A practice you can return to while continuing your usual care.
Moonfig is a wellbeing practice. It does not replace therapy or medical care.
A little more than listening
Your practice is only part of the day. Write what’s on your mind in your Mirror, explore it with your Guide, and save the thoughts and tools you want to return to.

“I’ve been replaying the same conversation all evening.”
When you’re tired, one small uncertainty can take up the whole room. Putting it into words can help you separate what happened from what you’re imagining.
Example content. A perspective to consider, rather than a verdict.
A little clarity
A hypnosis app offers guided audio you can listen to on your phone. Moonfig uses authored self-hypnosis sessions that guide attention, imagery and imagination. It also includes daily reflection, a conversational Guide and a Keep for useful thoughts and tools.
You decide whether to follow the guidance and can pause or stop a session. Choose a comfortable place where you can give it your attention. Do not listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full alertness.
The self-hypnosis sessions are authored sequences. Their scripts are not rewritten from your journal entry. AI is used in the reflection and Guide experiences, which are separate from your session audio.
Moonfig’s four practice areas are Sleep, Stress, Eating and Relief. A Season contains fourteen sessions, with progress based on the sessions you complete. You can take time away and return to your next session.
An app provides a self-guided experience. Working with a qualified professional is a different kind of support. Moonfig is a wellbeing practice, not therapy, a diagnosis or medical care. The Relief practice is used alongside your usual care.
