Who the agreement is with

Moonfig is provided by Innerside Inc., registered in Québec, at the postal address below. These terms cover the app and our website. The company remains Innerside Inc. even though the app is called Moonfig. Creating an account or using the service requires agreement to the applicable terms. This review copy does not itself create a new subscription or change an existing agreement.

The French version is presented first. You can expressly choose the English version using the language link. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling separately, and the Premium offer page explains the purchase information to read alongside the price and conditions shown by your app store.

What Moonfig provides

Moonfig supports daily reflection and guided self-hypnosis practice, with an AI Guide, audio sessions and saved items in your Keep. Seasons contain 14 sessions, taken at your own pace. Feature access and usage limits depend on the plan shown in the app.

Moonfig is a well-being service, not therapy, medical care, diagnosis or treatment. The Guide is AI, not a clinician; responses may be inaccurate or unsuitable and are not reviewed by a professional before delivery. You remain responsible for how you use them. Do not use the app as an emergency service or a replacement for qualified care. Use audio only when you can safely relax, never while driving or operating machinery.

Age and account security

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. An account is for one person. Keep sign-in details private, provide accurate account information and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. We may close an account that we learn belongs to a minor. You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

Your content and our materials

Your writing and other personal content remain yours. You give us a limited permission to process, transmit and store it only as needed to provide the service you request, including AI replies, summaries, optional backup and safety/support functions. This permission does not allow us to sell your writing or use it for advertising. Deletion ends that processing permission, subject to necessary legal retention and provider copies described in the Privacy Policy.

You may keep and use the Guide’s responses for yourself. Moonfig’s software, branding, artwork and audio remain the property of Innerside Inc. or their respective licensors. We grant a personal, non-commercial right to use them through the service; you may not resell or redistribute our sessions or materials without permission, except where the law allows.

Using the service respectfully

• Do not access other people’s accounts or information, bypass security or limits, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Moonfig to harass, threaten, harm, or generate unlawful or exploitative content. Report harmful AI responses using the in-app reporting option or contact support.
• We may suspend harmful or unlawful use. Unless urgency or law prevents it, we explain the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. Any action is subject to your applicable consumer rights.

Premium, trials and cancellation

Premium is purchased through the app store identified at checkout. Read the displayed plan, total price, currency, taxes, billing period and trial conditions before confirming. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled. If a trial is offered, the checkout identifies its length, eligibility and the charge that follows; cancel before the displayed deadline to avoid that charge. A free early-access invitation does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Cancel through Settings → Subscription, which opens your store’s subscription management, or directly in the store. Google Play uses Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Apple uses Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Follow the deadline shown by your store. Paid access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or account does not cancel store billing.

Within 14 days of your first Premium payment, contact support@moonfig.app for a full refund, no questions asked. Provide the store order reference so we can locate the purchase; never send payment-card details. This guarantee adds to, and does not replace, any cancellation, refund or other rights required by law. We do not require a reason for a request under the guarantee.

When Premium ends, paid features become unavailable and the Guide’s access to past-day memory changes with your plan. Your journal remains on your device; retained account summaries are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support if you need an applicable refund, a billing correction or help with cancellation.

Availability and changes

Some features need internet access and third-party services. Maintenance, outages or provider limits may interrupt them. We use reasonable care to provide the service, but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular well-being result. If a paid service is materially removed during a prepaid period, contact us about cancellation and an appropriate refund of unused access, subject to your statutory rights.

For material changes to an existing agreement, we provide the notice required by applicable law, including at least 30 days’ advance written notice where required, identifying the change and effective date and explaining applicable cancellation rights. Changes do not remove mandatory legal protections. These terms take effect on 8 October 2026.

Liability, disputes and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a legal warranty that cannot be excluded, including protections under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act and Civil Code. No clause limits liability for bodily or moral injury, intentional fault or gross fault where the law prohibits that limit. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Québec law and applicable federal Canadian law govern the agreement, without removing mandatory protections available where you live. You may use any court or complaint process the law allows. Write to support@moonfig.app so we can try to resolve a concern. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
